-Arrival at Stalker Fang's base. It's a massive abandoned mine, hastily propped up, with Harrowbarrow looming over the entrance. Infiltration will require getting past the mobile city (or running *over* it if it manages to block the entrance). Alternatively, larger mecha could try to distract it. If neither of those things are possible, Green Storm troopers will sacrifice their lives to get you inside.
Enemy: 1x Harrowbarrow
A small, roughly oval tracked mobile city. Harrowbarrow is heavily armored and bristling with gun ports. Its jaws are massive and it's capable of sudden acceleration on its tracks and messily tearing apart whatever it rams with said jaws. Its crew are all mean, salty roughnecks. The mayor is Wolf Kobold, rebellious son of Kriegsmarshal Von Kobold, of the Traktionstadt. Destroying it will be impossible during this part of the mission, though you can inflict damage if you're very careful.

-Obviously, Stalker Fang isn't there any more. But the Space Pirates are!

-Meanwhile Zero has to hide while the Chalice peeps and regular military fight it out. As the fighting winds down, she finds a badly wounded Fang Loyalist there and has to stitch him up to get answers. She says: Harrowbarrow has the essential parts of MEDUSA, the city-powered laser as well as plans for a quick conversion kit that can easily take a static city mobile, based on the Yapan Exodus. He's going to sell it to Charles Vi Britannia, who was already sympathetic to Municipal Darwinism.
-Speak of the devil: Harrowbarrow is bugging out. It's burrowing into the earth with those massive jaws, throwing up spumes of it everywhere. You might be able to get a few hits on its tail end while it does so, but it'll get away. However it leaves a tunnel humans can follow in, or perhaps a medium tank. However you'll have to follow at a distance as its tail guns will hit you if you get too close. You'll also lose radio contact with the surface. They can't track Harrowbarrow.
-Harrowbarrow emerges, finally...straight into an ambush. Several rogue predator cities tower over the landscape, forming a mobile mountain range. One fires its snout gun at the hole you emerged from, sealing it. You appear to be totally boned. You can buy a little time by taking cover, the place being strewn with partially "digested" smaller cities.

Small airships which hover in place, attempting to bring their guns to bear before squeezing off rounds. Vulnerable in the rear.
-Allow maybe a turn or two of running and hiding to show how hopeless the situation appears to be, then make it even more hopeless looking:

Stalker Fang's flagship, an airship the size of a mobile city. Heavily armed and armored. Sorrounded by flocks of Stalker birds. The townies try to hit it from afar, with some success.
-Green Storm trooper: That's the Requiem Vortex...The Stalker Fang's ship! [He then breaks and runs in panic and is cut down by one of the city's guns]

The following conversation occurs in real time, over video, while you huddle. The Storm troopers will have a video comm if you need to borrow it. Stalker Fang appears on the video screen and she's looking a lot worse for wear (http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m6zs71I7Fl1rx2xcgo1_400.jpg)
Stalker Fang: Can you hear me? I have a package for you. I want you to take care of it for me.
[At this point she can respond to the PCs, if you want. Have Fishcake interrupt whenever you want that to end. The gist of it is that her original, Anna Fang personality is back in control, but only temporarily.]
Fishcake: What's the package, movver? Are you gonna bomb them? Kill that filthy doctor what betrayed you?
Stalker Fang: No, little one. I'm afraid i'm going to have to leave you now. [She kneels down on screeching joints to embrace him.] I love you, Fishcake. Be a good boy while i'm gone.
Fishcake: Wh...what're ya saying, movver?
Stalker Fang: I'm sorry. [She gently but firmly guides him with her mechanical hand over towards the bomb bays. She then shoves him out...where he's buoyed down to your position by a flock of Stalker birds, screaming and crying for his 'mother' the whole time.]White Chalice, I need your help. I can feel the Stalker Fang personality trying to take control again. Soon i'll be the mindless killing machine I used to be. While i'm still in control...i'm going to ram the biggest mobile city. But to keep me on course, I need you to remind me of all the joy of being human so I can stay strong enough to do this. Tell me...tell me your dearest memories and the things that keep you human.
Fishcake: Movver! Come back! Don't abandon me! You said you'd stay wif me forevver! MOVVEEEEEERRRR!
Stalker Fang then turns Requiem Vortex towards one of the mobile cities at max speed. Buoyed by the memories of the PCs, she's able to keep on course long enough even though she's visibly twitching, trying to remain in control. "Sathya..." is the final thing she says before she collides with the city and dies for the final time. There is a truly ridiculous explosion.
In the distance, more Green Storm reinforcements are visible, coming to rescue you. Harrowbarrow was damaged in the explosion too and is unable to burrow. Now you can board it if you want, or take out its tracks (if not, Green Storm troopers will do it). The battered cities are surrendering. This may look like just another battle wrapping up, but unbeknownst to everyone, the end of Municipal Darwinism is here...
